Synopsis

A gang of street-smart waterfront kids stumble upon a deadly conspiracy when they witness foreign saboteurs sinking Allied cargo ships bound for Europe. Led by Billy Adams and his tough crew, the Dead End Kids find themselves in a dangerous cat-and-mouse game with the mysterious Sea Raiders, a ruthless spy ring determined to cripple America's war effort. From explosive harbor chases to underground hideouts, the boys must use their street smarts and courage to expose the enemy agents before they can strike again.
